This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts in the entire area, do not come here. The past three times I?ve come here they haven?t had any... donuts, they refuse to make any hot food items, and today they didn?t even have basic flavors of ice cream like chocolate. WhenI expressed my concerns to the staff working here, they blew me off by saying that they had a lot of people come in in themorning. Read more
I get places are short staffed, but the service was so slow. Instead of the guy hosing down the shelving, he should be serving... customers when the line is near the entrance. Staff were nice, but both drinks in my order were wrong. They made the wrong kind of refresher, and forgot the Chai in my iced... chai...so it was just Milk. Also, their register couldn't scan my app for points or payment and I wasn't offered any otheroption or solutions. They just told me it didn't work without trying to help me.
