Absolutely atrocious service. The cashier was visibly annoyed by my presence and extremely rude. They then forgot to give me... part of my order. When I made them aware of this, they offered no apology. Every table and countertop were covered in crumbsand/or garbage. My box of donuts was also covered in frosting, and the donuts are just ok. This duck donuts is mediocre unless you?re ordering coffee and breakfast sandwiches? then the experience will make you want to... shave your head and give up donuts forever. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes even with 5 or so people there. Also be preparedto have to ask a manager for each part of your order because no one is working on the donuts, sandwiches, OR coffee. Love the hot and fresh idea because they?re made to order. VERY expensive but worth to go once in a blue moon. They have... something for everyone. Coffee is decent as well, although simple. Read more

In short: If you want a tasty donut like one in the photo then find a chance and go. For the maple bacon: made very quickly,... fat trimmed off the bacon, and one of if not the best donuts I've had. It was like breakfast in the shape of a donut (minus theeggs). Read more
I am gonna give it a 4, but could argue its a 3. I didn't really enjoy it because of the batter used for the donuts. I prefer a... dunking style donut, but these tasted more like a funnel cake batter. But the people I brought really like the place and wereshocked on how good the donuts were. I had duck donuts at a different location before and it was phenomenal. However, the quality and effort this location puts into... their products are nowhere close to my expectation. The donuts look like they are reheated. The picture is taken right afterthey are picked up at the promised pick-up time. Read more
