I ordered 2 pizza when they had their 50% off deal and the total was $26 now tell me why I check my bank account and see that... they charged me $34??? They robbed me out of $8 which I know it?s nothing but why would they overcharge me without my knowledgeand permission? I?m gonna contact my bank right now and dispute the transaction cause this is a scam. Also the pizza was prettybad and now understand why it was discounted at 50% off literally one of the worst ones I?ve ever had and it?s unexpected fromdominos. Do not eat here if you want some mid pizza and get scammed for it too! Read more

I ordered food yesterday (November 16) & waited over a hour for my food to be delivered.I called several times & no one one... answered. Finally when I got someone they said they couldn?t find my order with my number! They didn?t seem to care to help meat all. So I ended up having to drive there while I?m sick just to figure out what?s going on with my food. I got there & theysaid they thought I canceled! MIND you I called so how could I have cancelled if I never called to cancel!? As I was there I hadto wait additional 30 mins just for fresh food! While I was there I even got hit on by a employee how inappropriate &professional. Read more

This location has some of the worst customer service and pizza I've ever encountered. There have been several times I have never... received my order after it was claimed to have been delivered through their app and their updating service. When I try to callfor a refund no one ever picks up the phone and the few times I can talk to someone on the phone they are incredibly unhelpfuland I have had to resort to a chargeback on my credit card to get a refund. Okay so before I go on this rant - I lead a team whose jobs are customer centric. Making sure we keep the customer first and... provide an amazing customer experience so with all that being said I understand no one is perfect. My issue with thisestablishment is that I was literally racially profiled. I walk in smiling like I always do when I enter any business and spoketo man at the register. Not only did he look at me not speak and walk away the two gentlemen cutting the pizzas also looked atme and continued their conversation. Then a young man who?s race I will not assume but he was definitely not black walks and hereceives a greeting from the very gentlemen who initially ignored me. I then continue to make uncomfortable eye to eye contactwith the gentleman who initially ignored me - when the young black man who was making the pizza finally offers me assistance. This was was embarrassing and hurtful. There is no way a business owner should allow this kind of bigotry in an establishmentthey own. I will be reaching out to corporate to report this. I haven?t had one good experience with them. One time I had pizza delivered because I had a migraine. They claim they left my... pizza with security at the desk. We don?t have security. Instead of them remaking it and delivering it because it was theirfault, I had to drive to the store to get my order remade. It took 30 minutes?..with a migraine and then I had to ask for thedelivery fees and other associated costs to be refunded. Yesterday, I ordered a pan pizza and Parmesan bites. Everything in myorder was over cooked. There was hardly NO cheese on my pizza and the little bit that was on there was over cooked so I was leftwith a dry pizza. The Parmesan bites were dark brown. The store employees are rude and unhelpful. The best pizza I?ve had fromdominos came when I accidentally ordered from the other store and moving forward, I?ll just drive the extra distance to them to avoid this one. Ordered from here a handful of times and the food has been consistent and well cooked. Even more important- everyone is really... friendly there. Whether I?ve done curbside pickup or went inside- it?s been nice to communicate with them. Thanks to their team! Read more

So... I received soggy, undercooked pizza that was inedible and tried calling the store to get a replacement. No one answered. I... filed an online pizza insurance claim and it took a week to get back to me. They offered me free pizza credits to be added to myaccount for next time. A few weeks later - I try to give them another chance, only to log in and see my credits apparentlyexpired. I try to call the store two separate times with no one answering, yet again. Awful store. Awful customer service. Iended up ordering from pizza hut. Never again. Read more

Great pizza - always consistently good. We order from this dominos all the time - and every experience we?ve had has been great.... Since I can?t eat dairy, I always say no cheese please, and they have always gotten my order right. Never been for pick up, socan?t comment there! Always very affordable with a pizza tracker to estimate how long it will take! Read more
