Domino?s Pizza is one of these and my local restaurantconsistently delivers on flavor and quality. I?ve done both takeout and delivery, and have never had an error or mishap in anytransaction with them. With regard to flavor and quality of the food, this spot always delivers on both accounts consistently.The ingredients are definitely fresh, and clearly cared for in the baking process, And delivered quickly in order to maintainmaximum freshness. I ordered at the Kingstowne VA location tonight, got curb pickup, my pizza had no cheese (I ordered EXTRA). The staff agreed to... remake my pizza, my 5 year old wanted to I watch on the look-on steps. We watched as the men making our new pizza tore open theonions and peppers bags open with his teeth and proceeded to spit the plastic out onto the kitchen floor. I asked for a refundinstead for my order. The manager or man handling the matter gave me nasty attitude, slammed my receipt on the counter and saidi should be getting a refund shortly. I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza crust with mushrooms and onions. I got one with pepperoni and banana peppers, which I could not... eat. It took me 30 minutes to get through to the store, when I did reach them, they were helpful and brought me a brand newpizza (thin crust so as to avoid the confusion with the Brooklyn style again). My receipt had the correct info, but their systemdid not. Good customer service from store once I was able to reach them. Read more

I ordered Two pizzas online, they canceled one for no reason. I had to wait extra 10 minutes. The worst of all, employees even... refused to own their mistakes.because of their mistake, I lost points and wasted time. I am not going to this store again. I placed my order at 9:00 A.M. for pickup at 6:00 P.M. I arrived a few minutes early and the lady asked me what time I placed... the order. I told her and they started my order. Took until about 6:10 to get it which wasn't too bad. The pizza was good andthey offered me a free drink as compensation. We tried the new cheeseburger and chicken taco pizzas.
