What happened to my favorite apple caramel almond crunch? They used to fill up the cup to touch the top of the cover and drizzle... toppings on top, too! We paid for a large cup today and got medium size amount of ice cream with a tiny piece of a banana. Theguy who made it paid more attention to his coworker who didn?t have any pecans for the disappointed customer ahead of me. My icecream sat there on the board melting away while he talked and laughed like he was on break. Then came the big disappointmentabout this much smaller portion than what we got before Covid. With hardly anything mixed in. He didn?t bother asking if it wasto go and stuck the spoon in the middle. Then when I told him it was to go, he removed the spoon with lots of ice cream stuck toit and put the high cover on. I was too shocked and angry to eat there and when driving home I got mad at myself for notcomplaining about this ridiculous customer service. I?m posting this and will also look to email the corporate office. This isjust plain wrong, false advertising to make people crave their creations and then have dumb kids get away with making whatever.Pictures say it all!!! Read more

The ice creams were delicious and the girl was great and nice. One thing I disliked is the fact that they don?t give you... samples. Come on! Is an ice cream shop?. It?s like going to buy a perfume without smell it first? So, lucky is that we know allflavors already and we have our favorites but for a new customer or somebody trying a new thing is not good at all, I would walkout of an ice cream shop if I can?t taste something o don?t know how it tastes. COVID? Please? old excuse for no giving samples.They are other ways to be safe. Read more

I ordered the doughlightful peanut butter and it is sooo good. The ice cream has a tablespoon of peanut butter, two reese's... peanut cups, and a scoop of sugar crystals. It's very addictive but I don't recommend ordering a large because it will make yousick. A medium cup is just right. Read more
This location is semi okay when I grocery shop. Although I must commute wayyy down the street they do have great ice cream. The... only thing that I didn't like was I ordered a Gotta Have it with Butter Pecan ice cream with pecans added in.
