You tell me? Does it look like this steak bowl was made with great care? It was slapped together as quickly as possible without... even paying attention to the portion sizes or like spreading out the lettuce or tomatoes so that it's not just clumped in themiddle of the bowl. I was sort-of excited to seek out this location and come here for dinner on this Saturday night. Myfeeling was that the employees here could have cared less. The employee who was preparing my bowl attempted to slap in somestale and narley looking sour cream. I had to verbally stop him from doing that, and only then he asked if I would like him touse a fresh batch. My suggestion for anyone thinking about coming here to ear is to definitely pay attention to how they arepreparing your food. This chipotle has WAYYYYYY too many instances of poor customer service. I literally have to conjure up the energy to prep myself... for their horrible energy that transfers to me as a customer. They truly make you feel bad for being hungry. I usually get atortilla bowl and I'm always sure to politely ask the clerk to tuck it in my bowl, so it doesnt drag on the counter. Its legitthis same employee who rolls his eyes and pretends not to hear me,I've even overheard other customers who are getting asalad....request fresh ingredients,and get blatantly ignored. We're literally patrons just trying to get something to eat akainnocent bystanders. I just live across the street so I have to deal with this often but I've had enough. The same tallgentlemen who refused to tuck my tortilla, yet is the same one who forgot to charge me for my cups when I ordered them diring mymodt recent visit.Meanwhile there was another woman waiting on her already paid order and reveived delayed reactions. One worker was helping me with my salad and did a great job. After he put the salad, beans, rice and meat another crew worker... came to help him on the assembly table. She then proceeded to take my plate and then grab the meat tongs and put half of themeat that was already put it in my bowl back into the container. I was throughly confused as to why she would do this when hehad already completed that part of the assembly and then proceeded to tell me that actually he had put to much and that if Ikept that much she would have to charge me extra. I thought that this was extremely rude since not only did the portion sizenot look anything beyond reason for a single portion and the manner in which she just put it back without even giving a secondthought to ask or explain. I had no choice to proceed with my order due to work and only having a short amount of time forlunch. She then put my food on a dine in plate even though I told her it was to go and ignored me and went to help the nextcustomer. Ok experience. Usually pretty busy. Take note, if you place a pickup order, expect it to be ready at around 15 min past your... pickup time. *Had to take off 3 stars ?. I Literally Don?t Even Want To Give One Star! This Is The Messiest, Most Disgusting Bowl I Have EVER Paid For. This Location Is...
