I was hesitant on this place w/ a 4.0 rating. What they do great is the seasoning and have an excellent jalapeño green sauce. I... ordered the 1/2 chicken w/ double chicken fried rice for $16.00. Considering rising food costs, this is more than fair for theportion and taste. The lady working today was helpful explaining the options, smiled, overall excellent customer service. Because I can't give 0-stars We received an incomplete order, what did arrive was incorrect, and when we called we were lied to... multiple times by the staff. First, the driver must have stolen it. Second, they didn't read the full order but we could driveover and pick up the missing item. Finally, we were told they no longer had the item in stock but they would replace it and haveit out to us with the next driver. Then we were called back and told that wasn't possible and we had to take it up with thedelivery company. Because it's GrubHub fault that you don't fill your orders properly before you send them out? No. Notacceptable. Definitely would not recommend. I love supporting local businesses, but integrity needs to be a part of that andlying multiple times doesn't work for me. And sadly, what was delivered was so over-cooked it was very gross. So, epic dinnerfail! And customer service fail! You have definitely lost a local customer. --- To the owner who replied "We would like to startoff by apologizing for the service. Please be patient with our new young staff as they are still training and learning." Beingyoung and new doesn't account for the multiple lies - one of which came from a manager who was one of three people we werepassed off to in this terrible experience. Being young and new isn't an experience for being dishonest with customers. And itseems your management staff models dishonest behavior to the "new young staff" as to what is expected and acceptable behavior. Read more

One of the best tasting chickens in the area. Been eating here for years.I am always on the hunt for the best in the area, and... this is def. On top of my list. While eating in, we met one of the owners. A true restaurateur. We spoke of his vision to be thebest. He genuinely is passionate and caring of his business and customers. To start: I am peruvian myself and I live in Sterling,VA. This is the only chicken place I drive 1hr and 20 min for, even... though there are a few chicken places that are literally 5 min away that I do not go to. Capital Chicken is my favorite place togo for Peruvian Chicken!! Customer Service is excellent as always, staff is really friendly! Timing on food is quick, which isawesome. Their chicken is so juicy and never dry! I used to dine in now I enjoy the food in my car. However, whenever I go Ialways have to bring my parents some food as you can see in the picture of my review. By the time I get home the chicken is warmand it?s sides. I do put my yuca in my air fryer to toast again since I?m coming from far... and my god Capital Chicken you arebeyond best on your flavor of chicken and sides!! Their yuca is great, other restaurants I?ve noticed reuse their oil on theiryuca but not capital chicken, always taste fresh! Their sauces are yum + I did try Alfajores this time and it was dahbomb.com. I?m willing to try more items from their menu. I really love Capital Chicken, my man and I eat here frequently but up until tonight idk if I'll feel the same about this place.... I ordered a steak burrito usually they're soo good, tonight it had the longest hair all up in it. I immediately lost myappetite, called the place to let them know so that it hopefully doesn't happen again.
