There is always something bad with this place. They don't clean the tables, the drinks machine is always missing half of the... drinks (they don't tell you that at time of purchase), this week was a week where they only served burgers and drinks (no fries,onion rings, nuggets etc, the fryer broke), and lastly the unfriendly and rude customer service (I tested out to see if it wasjust my impression, I made 3 transactions that day, the cashier always gave me the total without a please. I thanked him oncethe transaction was done, and once more once he gave me the food, the employee never said tan you or you'rewelcome). Unfortunately this is the only BK in the area, so I fall in the trap every time. I hope they pay attention to thelack of management. Read more

Our Food was Fresh, Tasty and Hot, Great Customer Service at the Drive- Thru
Awful. I went there for breakfast at 10am and they had a cone blocking the drive-thru. So, I parked and went inside. Waited at... the register for 5 minutes until a man asked what I was picking up. I told him nothing and I wanted to order and the man toldme, "we aren't taking orders, too many people are waiting". There were about 10 people waiting for food and one of the employeeswas just standing to the side doing absolutely nothing the entire time I stood there. The food is what you'd expect, it's Burger King. The issue with this specific location is the speed of service. The only way to... describe it is "glacial." The staff isn't rude, they are simply the slowest on the planet Earth. This location literally handlesone car at a time. From ordering to payment to food window. One at a time. Each customer has to wait to order until the customerin front of them makes it through the entire process and drives away. Read more
I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. They are unresponsive: the driver did not return my calls or texts and the... establishment did not return my calls or email. I will never order delivery from here again because the customer service ispoor! I am not from Virginia and I don?t live in Virginia so it was very inconvenient for me to have had to experience this. Iasked for a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with all the fixings and they gave me a burger melt with only pickles and cheese. Iasked for CHICKEN. Update: after reading everyone?s reviews, I gave them 1 star. This establishment needs lessons in foodquality, customer service, and basic courteousness! Whopper was good. Plz pay attention on your beverages. I ordered sprite with less ice but they gave me less sprite with more... ice. I didn't know that burger King sell ice too. Food inspector should visit them ACAP. Read more
