I wish I could give this place a zero. I visited the place on 9/16/22 @10:36p. I was surprised when I walked in and the guy... was doing the floor near the front area. I ask if they were still open he said yes. Walked in and the guy that was doing thefloor took my order. I thought someone else would do the food. Well this dude proceeded to do my food and did not wash hisfilthy hands. I told him he need to wash his hands. Well I got the food and it was the worst food ever. The chicken was nastylooking and the sides should not be served to anyone. The corn bread was a joke, thin as paper, dry nasty looking. The guy thatwas doing the floor, register and food had on a do rag, did not have on a Boston Market uniform. He just look very unsanitary. When I go to the car I found the closest trash cash and threw away the food. I would not visit this filthy dirty place again ifit was only place open. I give it a below zero and shame on the management for serving slop and hiring anyone to work. He hadno food handling experience and did not have enough sense to wash his filthy dirty hands. Rude and Lazy. I spend a lot of money each time I come in. It is no surprise when customers ask for extra butter or marshmallows... for the desert. This complaint is due to the fact that they were so unwilling to put in the effort to do a simple task/requestsuch as providing extra marshmallows for the sweet potatoes I purchased. They usually have the extra toppings on the sidealready packed up. And if its not you can quickly make a small container like it?s normally done at every Boston Market. Theentire interaction was uncomfortable and ridiculous. I?m NEVER going back to that location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing foodfrom people who can?t respect their customers or put in the effort to do their job. I feel regretful for trying to support thesecompanies during the pandemic that would rip off their customers, provide bad customer service, and yes I?ll mention it won?tPUT ON A MASK and USE GLOVES when preparing and working with food. I still purchased food even when an individual doesn?t wear amask (it just kills me inside) some restaurants still require their employees to wear mask this is NOT one of those places. Butdon?t expect good service when you visit Boston Market they don?t care OR it could have been a race thing idk? I don?t know whatthe problem was with those employees. It was just rude. I spent so much money and my purchase included sweet potatoes and youcouldn?t get me a little extra toppings when you should have it (on the side. Plus I asked when I made the order and they saidnothing) I mean its needed to make the dish. How could you not have it? Plus it was around noon so I doubt it was sold out orthey didn?t have any supplies to make more and even if that was the case they didn?t offer any explanation as to why i couldn?thave extra. I know whoever cooked this chicken saw these two long feather quills sticking out of this wing before they put it on the... rotisserie. I ordered this thru Uber Eats and it arrived so cold I could eat the creamed spinach. Very disappointed, won't beeating here again. Read more

Ordered from this location via Grubhub. Ordered a 2 Meat Combo of 1/4 Chicken and Sausage, with a side of Mashed Potatoes &... Gravy and Macaroni & Cheese. Turned out Boston Market had run out of Sausage, called me and asked if I wanted a replacement. Iasked for Ribs so they replaced it. It got to me well within the ETA but when I took it inside I noticed no Mac & Cheese. Ithink they have gotten so focused on getting the Meats right they screwed up the sides and just gave me two Mashed Potatoes &Gravy. I think they even sent me a tad more than a 1/4 of a chicken. I've been here numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. The place is always clean, food is always hot and... fresh. There's not much variety with the food here but what they do make is made well. I've ordered the meatloaf and turkey fromhere and I've been pleased with both. I recommended downloading the Boston Market app to schedule a pick up if you're short ontime and want to avoid lines around the dinner rush. Read more
