Horrible experience, called my order in 30 mins prior to arriving to later find out my order was never processed and the guy... clocked out and left. The lady at the register was giving me attitude after I asked for the spicy mayo (they always give whenyou order fries). She refused to give me one and was trying to charge me for one but then I asked to speak with a manager andshe stated that they are not working today then finally handed me one. Please do not go to THIS location. I love Bonchon, have been eating it for years- THIS IS NOT BONCHON. I have ordered twice now... since this location opened and they are terrible. Everytime I have ordered my chicken is black and soggy, and the order iswrong, this time the gave me HOT AND SPOILED COLESLAW. I hope that the Bonchon franchise reads these posts, whoever owns thislocation should be sued. Please people do not eat here, this will ruin Bonchon for you. Read more
Definitely feels like a knock off Bonchon restaurant giving all the other Bonchon restaurants a bad name. I enjoyed the other... locations, but this one was terrible. We received the wrong order. Gave us the regular fried chicken versus the half Soy Garlicand half Spicy. We received Cole slaw instead of the pickled radish. The Togo packaging was branded like a generic Asianrestaurant versus the normal Bonchon packaging that we receive from the other locations. This restaurant seems to require somequality control. Been to this bonchon a few times and had no issue, but this time the food was subpar we ordered 30 boneless and the chicken was... nothing like what we?ve gotten before; the breading was terrible and so was the sauce. Our street corn was normal and fine, butthen we also got the wrong kind of potsticker (no sauce and not pork). I don?t know what they changed here but it needs to befixed. Read more
A high price for what seems like a ?knockoff? version of Bonchon. I?ve had it from 4 different locations and the wings here look... and taste completely different. I picked up my order of 20 wings first to only be handed 10, they didn?t put my order togetherproperly. Then I had to go back in and they made me the remaining 10, but forgot to put the side back into the bag. Even thoughthis place is brand new, it was dirty, unorganized, and the kitchen looked like a mess and unsanitary. Management must not bearound often. I took my wings back home, only to find that they were heavily coated with batter, poorly coated withseasoning/sauce and didn?t taste anything like Bonchon. I feel like they didn?t mix the batter properly, and didn?t use theproper amount of seasoning/sauce. Overall, a terrible experience from a chain I absolutely LOVE. Even though this location iswalking distance from me, I will be getting my Bonchon from one of the other locations next time. Management, please do somevisits and quality control checks. This place is really giving Bonchon a bad image. UPDATE 4/4/2022: After this review and aseparate email to Bonchon corporate nothing has been done to fix the situation. Management said they?d look into it, and Bonchontried saying it?s because they have a different menu at this location and they changed the recipe for the strips (which I didn?torder)? Worst Bonchon EVER! I ordered seasoned fries & idk what nonsense they gave me clumped up green stuff. Then for my wings they... gave me half spicy & half soy garlic when I ordered ONLY soy garlic & burnt! So i was unable to eat half of them. Not to mentionI chose curbside pickup & after waiting 10 min I came inside to be ignored for another 10 mins till I was able to ask someone ifmy food was ready & it was & they said oh we were supposed to bring it out oops? I could tell the rest of the customers in therewaiting around were upset. But once I got home my food was cold & it was very upsetting because this food is not cheap! Let me put this picture into perspective?this small 7oz container of fries (less than 7oz if you don?t count the box) is over... $10 with tax. 3 of these small fries is the same cost as the $28 (Uber price) 8-piece drumsticks. Really? Finger food?where aremy napkins? Was gonna dig in after my reviews of the fries, then found this drumstick with staple under the marinade. I don?tknow? Not only is this a safety/choking hazard, did any of these drumsticks fell onto the floor or somewhere that had staples? Sanitary issues? There goes our meal and appetite. Read more
