So the place looked pretty bare bones, almost as if it were still under construction. (Understandable for venues that are more... oriented to takeout/delivery esp. because of pandemic, but this was egregious). The bathroom door lock was busted, if I recallcorrectly. For those two reasons, I put atmosphere at 2/5 stars. The food was okay, ordered dumpling (nothing special), tacos(i did not try those), fries (decent flavor, tons of seasoning), and wings (the best part and only redeeming quality of themeal). Is this a fake Bonchon? The quality of food we received was nothing like when I?ve ordered from the Pershing restaurant. The... food was flavorless. The mu even lacked flavor, I don?t know how you can do that! Except for the kimchi coleslaw, if that iswhat it was. It had a tinge of purple to it and smelled something awful. Only three stars because the wait time was crazy. Only a cashier and from what I could tell one cook. Because they are new..I... could overlook that. BUT- I can?t overlook the chicken. It was super dry and seems like it was microwaved from the night beforeand coated with sauce again. Which is sad because the sauce was dried up too! Food was disgusting and burnt rice was disgusting and rancid after placing it in the fridge. This means the ingredients used... were not fresh. Manager doesn?t respond to ANY ISSUES. Definitely not like what I have tried at another location. Don?t wasteyour money!! Read more
