Stopped by about 7pm for pie and coffee after a day of sightseeing. It?s a cute place and the tables and chairs seemed newer and... were very comfortable in their retro style. The pie was delicious, though it took quite awhile for it to be served. In fact, ourfreshly brewed decaf coffee had to be refilled in our cups by the time our pie arrived. It was after dinner and there was onlyone or two tables with customers at the time. I originally said we?d stop by again, and we did. But service wasn?t any betterand food was just ok. For being convenient, that?s one thing. We?ll try someplace else next time. Read more

This is a must-try breakfast diner right at the beginning of King?s St. I had breakfast here today with my friend after a long... morning run, and it was so rewarding! I ordered their famous breakfast plate of eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage, and wheattoast. The hash browns were perfectly cooked and crispy. Was staying at the Hilton next door and stopped in for breakfast. The diner was nit here the last time I stayed in Old Town. ... They did a great job renovating the place. Has a great "diner" feel. Took awhile for me to get served. I was by myself andsome couples came in right after me and got served first. It's seat yourself diner so they probably missed me coming it. However, I was pleased with my breakfast. Had eggs over easy, bacon, grits and toast. It came out hot and everything was cookedjust the way I like it. Great way to start my day.
