Was craving ice cream so I wanted to order for my mom and I. We both love rum raisin and didn?t want to get out of the house. So... we decided to Uber eats some. However we noticed there wasn?t a rum raisin option and we knew they had it from ordering it priorto today so we called and the nice guy who answered told me a flavor to order and he?d replace them when they came in. Do not order a custom cake here. If you do, don?t prepay and have a back up plan. I paid $50 for a themed cake and it looked... nothing like the photo we selected. It was supposed to come with three characters on a a baseball field and they did not putthem in the cake. When I asked for them they offered a full refund but no solution. Came in before 8:30 and they don't close until 10pm. Wanted a warm brownie sundae and they said I couldn't have one because... their oven was off. I asked if it was broken and they just said "no, we turned it off." Walked out, they lost my business. Maybewhen half of your menu is "warm desserts" you don't shut down your kitchen more than 90 minutes before you close. Read more

Had the worst cappuccino blast. Management needs to work on quality control. It had chunks of ice and was so poorly blended it... separated in layers. I would have been better of getting an iced latte :( Read more
