For the past few weeks since September I've been ordering out since I don't get off till late I order my food ahead of time,... it's never been a problem me calling in and picking up my food carryout at 11:00 p.m. will today was different I called and tryto place an order the guy tells me I can't place an order and pick it up late even though they stay open till 12am. Yeah I won'tbe back I'll find another restaurant. Nobody wants to work or do their job anymore in this world I guess. Read more
Last night I ordered Applebee's through Grubhub. I heard a faint knock at my door, I go to look and the food is sitting on the... floor. The driver is scurrying down the stairs and before I can even say anything he's gone. ??????? Whatever not a big deal.The main issue was that I got the wrong order completely, the order I received had some chicken in it that wasn't fully cooked.It was still pink on the inside. Complete waste, I didn't even feel comfortable feeding it to my dog. Very disappointing. Read more
I understand they may be understaffed but when you see two servers in the section your seated in and they blatantly just walk by... you then you start to realize it?s just bad customer service. My boyfriend and I came out tonight and got seated quickly but wesat at our table for over 20 minutes watching other people be served and tables being cleared without anybody coming over to askus what drinks we?d like. Since we don?t like to demand service or cause a scene, we decided to get up and leave, we walkedright by the hostess and she didn?t even say anything. Definitely won?t be coming back here. Read more

Evidently, customer service is not a priority at this restaurant. On Sunday, August 7, at 5:53 pm my wife placed a phone order.... We received a confirmation text message stating the order would be ready for pickup at 6:14 pm. At that time, I walked inthrough the To Go order entrance and noticed four employees at the register. Some were engaged in casual conversation whileanother processed a transaction. Minutes later, more waiters and the manager also gathered. After an 8 minute wait, no oneoffered to assist me. I then approached the manager and asked about my order. He asked the name on the order which I provided.He indicated that he would go check on it and walked into the kitchen never to be seen again. At 6:45 pm I informed a waitressof my very long wait and she retorted that they have a lot of orders pending and that I just have to wait my turn. Rather thanengage in a verbal altercation with this ignorant waitress, I walked out of the restaurant and will never return to thatlocation. The disrespect and indifference by employees and manager I experienced at this location is beyond reproach. Restaurantneeds a complete makeover of personnel. Customer deserve better! Read more
