Just got off the phone with this store. Hubby picked up our Lrg. hawaiian pizza and it's not a pan pizza, even though I... specified "pan" pizza about 3 times when ordering. I phoned to let them know that it's not a pan pizza and the girl I spoke tosaid they can't make pan pizzas in a large size at that store. I reminded her that I said "a couple times" pan pizza, as Irecognized that I ordered with her, and she even acknowledged that yes I did, but said she's "sorry about that". I told her thatwe would've ordered a medium had I been told when I ordered bcuz the regular ones are far too dry for us. She told me pan is allshe eats as well, and "sorry about that" was all I got. Their pizza is very expensive, so although it's not a big deal, wewouldn't have got it bcuz we don't like it. No offer of actually receiving the type of pizza we ordered, even if it does have tobe a medium. No credit, nothing. Btw, this location also doesn't have online ordering or menu, signature pizzas, or even basictoppings like hot peppers, black olives, sausage, feta, etc. Will only order from this location again if absolutely necessary,now that we know exactly what this location is all about. Prices are the same throughout the chain and the meals are good. The place is well lit and service is very fast. You can no... longer eat inside because of Covid 19, however the takeout option remains available. The hours of operation are decent andconvenient. the staff were unaware and rude. they spent 5 minutes talking about how terrible their friends are while i stood at the register... and waited to order. the pizza and breadsticks were put in the bag so one was always upside down and consequently the pizza wasa mangled ball of cheese and dough. also tell them to get new friends. theres no sense in keeping such negative energy in yourlife...especially when you start taking that negayivity to work with you. next thing you know youre then one spreading it. They are quick and efficient and you can mix and match with the food from the adjoining KFC. I do find their pizzas very greasy... when compared to other Pizza Huts. The staff there are friendly enough. Read more
