Was out playing golf and happened by Dirty Dawgs BBQ Company. It is located at 7 E. Main Street in Alexandria. I met the owners... Sean/Kim and Chris. This is a Veteran owned business which is a major plus. It is quite the quant little business. I ordered theroasted pulled pork/ Mac and Cheese combo, it is made with a 3 cheese blend. The pork had a nicely seasoned rub on it. They topit with a sweet BBQ sauce. It was very tasty. Also had a side of Mac and cheese which is so creamy. Yummmy!!! The coleslaw ishomemade with the dressing being a combination of vinegar and sugar, very fresh ingredients. Don’t hesitate to go out andcheck this place out, you won’t be disappointed. Read more

Dirty Dawgs food is great and tasty. Their pork and shredded chicken sandwiches are great and the portions are big. We\'ve been... eating there 1 or 2 times each week for the last month. Love the friendly staff and the police decor. They have had more thantheir share of health problems and we like supporting them and their Kingdom Living faith. Read more
Stopped for lunch after a trip to Baker\'s Acres. I had a pulled pork sandwich with Carolina Gold and a side of mac and cheese.... Everything was delicious. But beyond the great food, the people here are amazing. The seating is all outdoor and they evencame out and asked how I was liking it. Not expected from a counter operation.
