Service was horrible. People were waiting over 45 minutes for small orders. All kiosk ordering which is fine but no self serve... pop and condiments so couldn't even get a drink refilled because of crowd of people waiting around for orders and lack ofworkers. Had to eat at a dirty table. Garbage were over flowing. This is supposed to be FAST food. Read more
The gal taking payment was wonderful! She had a chicken hat and you could tell she loved her job. The gal at the food window... was the opposite. Very sour and said nothing. Just handed out our food and drink order. When we pulled over to eat in theparking lot, we discovered no napkins in the bag and no straw for my orange juice. This is the second time we have had poorservice at the south Alexandria MN McDonald's. This has never happened at the north restaurant. Read more
Cold nasty food . Staff untrained and making cat noises over and over. Told girl was dining in got no ticket gave me my food in... bag. New lobby is a joke. The place wants you to use drive through only. I would fire entire staff but making too much profitripping off people from freeway. They wont be back screw them. Keep going to next stop people. Where to begin? This was wild. The day I was there (last week), the staff was overwhelmed. The drive thru was full (both lanes)... and there was quite a line at the counter and several cars in the curbside pickup. After waiting 15 min for my order in thecurbside pickup, I could see people exiting the building shaking their heads and looking angry. So, I went inside, thinking I'djust grab my order because they were too swamped to bring it out. Cool. I get that. What I witnessed was just beyond anything Iexpected. The employees were yelling at each other. It was chaos. There were two young men working near the front countercompletely overrun with full cups of drinks and food order bags all over the counter, and it was obvious they were frustrated.One machine was not working properly and the young blonde guy was fighting to get it to work. The other one was loudly yellingat him. It was sad, the young guy looked defeated. There was (I think) a manager on duty, from what I could tell, who wascompletely ignoring both of them and the customers who kept coming up to the counter with issues to their orders. She was busyslinging fries, and getting orders to the drive through though. Not sure why she was ok with the older of the two young guysscreaming at the other one, but she just let it all blow up spectacularly in front of all the customers. When I finally did getmy order, the guy who yelled at the other guy thanked me for not wasting his time like some people do, and he gestured towardthe other people. I was floored by that, but told him to have a great day and left. I mean, this was the wildest experienceI've ever had in a restaurant. I hate to give these poor overwhelmed people a bad review, but Holy God were they having theworst day and it was extremely uncomfortable for customers. Maybe they are understaffed. They have a double drive thru. I was at the outer drive they where I was asked to hold on for a minute before I took my order. ... As I waited they put thru two orders at the inner drive thru speaker. After waiting for a few minutes I just left without evengetting to place my order. Read more
Been here about 6-7 times, food is always below normal McDonald's standards and consistently takes 7-20 minutes on the drive... through even when they're not busy , don't waste your time or money and go to the other one in town. Here's their "large fry" Read more
Service was terrible. Manager simply walked by the entire line of confused people who were waiting to pay, or trying to order,... with her laptop in hand to go do her thing.
