order of 2 breads and a cookie brownie and it took 40 minutes, which i didn?t mind. but who took a bite out of my brownie?
Ordered on the app, after an hour I checked it back and the tracker had not moved from prepare. Called them and ended up having... to go pick it up because so many people had called it apparently. After arriving and my order was ready, they said I didn?t pay.So I pulled up my app and showed them I had in fact already paid, they made me pay again and said the other payment will beprocessed back in my bank!?! I just got done managing a pizza place in Fargo not too long ago, and I know that hiring is difficult. However, we still managed... to average 40-45 minutes (which imo wasn't even that great of a time)...But my god. Nearly 2 and a half hours and still nothing.That's absolutely insane. They should probably just close temporarily, and figure out staffing for delivery, or only do carryouts. I called 10 minutes ago and it still hasn't even been made. Read more

Second time ordering and have waited longer than 2 hours. This time I called and they said they had only one staff working. He... indicated he had not even started preparing my order placed 2 hours ago, and there were more orders still in front of mine. Icould hear the stress in his voice. Canceled my order. They need more help at this location. Maybe pick up is more reliabletimely? Not good experiences with this store. Read more
Tonight wasn't the best. They may have had an off night, which is totally fine. My only wish is that maybe they could have made... some sort of courtesy call about the order? And not only that, but by the time an hour had rolled around I was a bit worriedabout the food's quality that we'd be getting. And yes, by the time we got it, it tasted like a pizza that had been left out forover an hour. It was kinda mushy, cold, and had a weird old flavor. Lava cakes were only slightly warm still. Even the soda feltlike it had been in the fridge at one point but just kinda sat there to get warm. Overall not a very good experience, but Iunderstand things happen! Maybe next time if they're running late they can give the customer a call or at least remake theirorder so it's more fresh at delivery? I'm not sure what their policy is on that, but it'd be appreciated. Not saying this reviewreflects their quality overall! Just my experience with ordering tonight. Read more
