It's our 1st time going here. Even bough my mother in law from Spain to try it cause they have a good ratings. And ITS NOT A... GOOD EXPERIENCE! 1st the waitress was annoyed with us right away!!! Her tone of voice changed EVERYTIME she's on our table. Youcan tell she's not happy to serve us. She even serve the other table first before us and was friendly with them. I was notsaying anything to my family while we were in there but at the car I asked them, and they both said shes not nice to us. Then,we waited for freaking 45 mins to get our food for 3 adults (2 sandwich and rice bowl) and 1 kid (corn dog). My son was sayingwhere's our food IM HUNGRY!!! Then the food came, the tomatoes in my food are room temperature. It's like it's been out for along time. The Tortilla chips is stale. (I will just comment on my food since I didn't try the other food for my husband andmother in law. ) I asked for hot sauce thinking it with help my food. BE WARNED cause they will NOT tell you anything about it.The hot sauce is f..... HELL!!!! I love spicy food but that hot sauce is not a hot sauce. My mother in law tried it too for herfood good thing she doesn't have any health condition. She's about to cry. She said she only try just a little bit. Father's Day was, of course, busy, but my wife and I were able to get a seat in the bar area for a "40 minute wait". Best experience I've had in a very long time out of a restaurant. The waitress is always checking to see if you need anything,... give the kids extra pickles without asking and will even replace your drink if it looks watered down. I highly recommend thisrestaurant to everyone. The bourbon street burger is to die for! I smoke alot of meat down south and have had some competitiongrade cooking but this just floored me.
