I rave about the chicken sandwiches here. I find they are the best around. Way better than the hyped up Popeyes chicken... sandwich. But, the last few months the service has gone down the drain. Either I've just had bad timing or not I'm not sure.TWICE in one week I went to get food. Granted the first was at 3am in the morning but still... as I am parking, and the man sawme, he locks the doors. I call and ask if they are open and they say they are so then I ask why did the man lock the doors thenas he saw me parking, knowing I was going to come in? She stated that unfortunately they are temporarily closed because they areabout to clean.... I ask how long is that going to take and she said until 4:30am... ummm fine, I hung up irritated. Thentonight I go and try to get some food at 1am. I start to order on the kiosk and the worker stops me letting me know the kitchenis closed. I ask what time do they close and she then states they don't but she is alone.... fine I get that, but ummmm theycould have said something before or have a sign out on the kiosks. Besides these past two recent incidents, the service has gonedown fast and I am very disappointed because I loved coming here and getting my chicken sandwiches. I've called before andordered foods. I've went in and they didn't have a soul in there but the exact same order I order all the time have drastic waittimes. The quickest in store order was less than 5 minutes and the longest was 15 to 20 and not a soul was in there each time sothere's no excuse for the inconsistent cooking times if they had no other orders in front of mine. I usually have a good experience here.. but today just was not good. I ordered food over the phone just to receive what I did... not ask for. Brought the food back, it was ?fixed?, then WRONG again. Just to get in my car and the chili and cheese on my frieswere cold and the fries taste like they were cooked yesterday... I didn?t have the strength to go back.. I went else where formy lunch break. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE LOADED FRIES. Read more
I had a great experience the first time I came into this location for food! However, we stopped there tonight for a couple of... fountain drinks, but the sodas were extremely flat, so we had to pour them out. The attendant came up to us and asked us ?isthere a problem?? We told her that the sodas were flat. She then rudely told us that ?if you are going to sample the sodas,don?t fill it up all the way and waste them!?... so we left. This is a brand new facility! The architect did an amazing job of making this one of the best laid out stores. You can get some... really good food here too, the fried fish and chicken tenders are very good. The staff seems happy and to enjoy their jobs. I?mglad to see a company that has happy employees, happy employees means great customer service. I appreciate the great outdoorlighting that has been included. Even at 2:00am you feel safe. Read more
