We got there around 5:15 and the place was packed. We got a table right away but as we were leaving there were tons of people... waiting. We ordered a porterhouse to share with 3 sides. I truly enjoyed my food but my server, Kennedy, was not pleasant. There were five of us at a table, the 6-7 pieces of bread... went quick. I asked for more bread. Time passes and our food come. Another lady asked for more bread because we hadn'treceived it after I asked. I asked again. She said, "I already gave you two baskets, " with much attitude. Is there a limit?If so, we should've been told that. Our glasses were empty but only two of us were offered refills. Although we were stilleating, she asked another lady about the check. I politely said I'm taking care of it. As we continued to eat, she brought itand said to use the Kiosk to pay and walked away. We could never get out our full request before she walked away and stayedaway.I felt rushed at that point. So the money she would have gotten for a tip will go to my next server. I tip generously tothose that are nice to me. Read more
This was one of the few places open later in the evening and was not disappointing. The service was great and the food was... cooked right. This was also the firsr time I had country fried chicken. Didn't knowni was missing out on such a good dish. Read more
Great food, mediocre service. Drinks took forever, waitress was rarely found, but did was awesome.
Great experience, I've eaten here numerous times and they never disappoint! Highly recommend trying them out!! Ps I added... pepper to the corn before taking a picture so don't blame them for that amount of black pepper. Read more
Great atmosphere..the waitress was hands on nice kind energetic and kept a smile on her face even the chefs in the kitchen were... smiling they seem to work together great as a team..Lets give it up for HOSPITALITY???? and TEAMWORK KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKGUYS. Our experience at the Texas Roadhouse in Alexandria was better than most TR we’ve visited. Even though they were very busy,... everyone was very friendly and our server took care of us well. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and wasprepared as ordered. Read more
I love this place and my favorite dish is chicken fried chicken with mash potatoes and those awesome green beans. I tried... something new and I also like the filet minion butterflied with baked potatoes n grilled shrimp. Its worth the money Read more
