Came here to eat with my friends, and obviously the food was amazing. But the service surprised me, we had finished our meal and... one of the employees had asked us how was the food, they asked if we wanted them to throw away our left overs (which wasn?t muchjust napkins and empty cane sauce containers). I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a Large sweet tea with my box meal. When I drove up to the window I told the... lady that read it back to me that both of my box meals where large. She corrected it, I paid, and pulled to the next window. Iwas handed my drinks and told her the sweet tea was suppose to large and I paid for it at the window before i drove up. She toldme it was not rung up that way, handed me my food, and closed the window. I am very disappointed and unhappy ???? with myvisit. I spend $25.00 a week with you which in a year time equals $1300. I will No Longer Eat here. I will go elsewhere andspend my money with a company that treats their guest with respect , gratitude, and wants to serve me. I order a Large Sweet with my box combo. When I got to the window I told the cashier it was suppose to be a large sweet tea.... That's not what they rung up and closed the window. I would of paided the difference to up size it. She didn't even try to makethis right. I will not be back! Cane's management may want to hire employees with customer service abilities and send the RUDEemployees back home where they belong. I spend $35.00 dollars a week and/or 1,820.00 a year. Stopped in for a quick bite and was greeted by the nicest young lady I have seen in a long time. She took my order and made... sure I got my Senior discount without me even asking. Checked on me while I was eating and went about cheerfully cleaningtables and even cleaned the restrooms when things got slow. She embodied the true meaning of service and represented Cane'ssuperbly. She should be commended for her superior Customer Service. I wish I would have caught her name, but she was wearinga green shirt. Great job young lady...you impressed me and that is hard to do. I will NOT buy any more chicken from Raising Cane's unless the prices come down or the chicken tenders get bigger. The prices... went up and the chicken got smaller! I find it ironic that the more they try to look and act like Chick-fil-A, the morecustomers they'll lose to them because of no value for the money. So glad to have a canes in Pineville! They just opened yesterday so the corporate staff is still here setting the standards,... let's hope the enthusiasm of the employees lasts. The food as always is cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. They evenhave packets of hot sauce! We sat in the outside area patio seating which is covered and has fans.
