Food really gud excellent gumbo an budin balls.

I have tried two plate lunches just to see if it was a difference in taste and so far nothing. Today I tried the meatball... fricassee over rice with green beans and sweet potatoes. Last week I tried the beef stew over rice with green beans and sweetpotatoes with a roll. If you have high blood pressure run it's over salted all the salt is in the rice. I'm just wondering doesthe cook taste the food or anyone else taste the food before preparation. I spend hard earn money for a plate lunch that'shorrible so much salt I may spend additional money at the ER for blood pressure. Everything else is just fine sometimes the fewcracklins I get are also over salted. You can't expect customers to return with food like this. Maybe it's just things that needrice added because the rice is where the salt is Maybe I should try a different plate lunch but I'm not sure after two badplates not good being it's the main dish. ***7/26/2022 first time going back sense the previous review and nothing was changedits still salty. The boudin burger is the absolute best. First time to Louisiana and this is the first meal we had. On our way to New Orleans but... I doubt anything will beat this sandwich. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful navigating us first timers through the menu. Read more

I will definitely be back SEVERAL TIMES with my guy. 1/15/22 came here for the first time. 1 thing that is very noticeable: it... is a CLEAN establishment!!!!! The red beans and rice and the gumbo I ordered was VERRRRRRRY DELICIOUS. What's weird is theeatery in Pineville tastes different (in a not-so-good way) since I have been to this location and noticed a difference.Hmmm...not sure what's with that, but...the food here was SOOOOOO very good! Driving back home to OKC and we found this Hidden little spot with delicious boudin!! The fried catfish platter and shrimp was... hot fresh and very ???? tasty! The girls at the counter were super friendly and helpful to us first timers! I would highlyrecommend trying this place out! Holy cow, what an experience. There was enough food on the Friday lunch special to feed our family! And that for $10.99. The... boudin was great, the staff was as friendly as you'll find, I couldn't find an issue if I really wanted to. I may come back tothis town just for Quebedeaux's. Read more

Quebedeaux's has become one of my absolutely favorite restaurants, period! Every single meal has been delicious! You can tell... this food doesn't come out of a box or bag but is freshly made with personal attention. The staff is first-rate and the decor isvery entertaining.
