The line staff was rude! rude! she was so rude that my son and i walked out of line and left she was one of your oldest staff I... go to Piccadilly often and she's always a little rude always looking like she going out of her way to service the customer hercustomer service is a disappointment I have been coming to Piccadilly since I was a kid and her customer service has always beenpoor it must be time for her to retire. She haven't got it yet. She's still there and rude as ever!! I ordered fish she told methere was no fish then when I questioned her she said it will take a long time to cook about 20 to 30 minutes, I have orderedfish before it has never took that long before but that was not the point I was going order something else she walked off like Iwasn't there! 4-10-22 It will probably be a while before I come back to Picadilly. The workers on the line are nice; however, the staff... members that should be checking to make sure that the trays are stacked for customers to use in the assembly line, as well asthe cups should be making sure these items are present. The female's bathroom wasn't clean or smelled clean. The stench was sobad that it actually covered the dining area in that section. There are no fresh salads made to get anymore or tuna salad. Thefood is good, but a "5" star rating would not be indicative of the overall rating of the restaurant. Read more

Went yesterday which was Thanksgiving. Piccadilly has alway been a go to restaurant, but it?s has changed to a low quality place... to eat. Won?t go back there ever again and don?t recommend the place to anyone. My wife and I paid 52$ for what little webought. Be Ware!! Read more
