Worst restraunt I've ever had to deal with. Everything I've went to get food from this location it's always sloppy and... disgusting. The staff here lack basic customer service skills and common knowledge. The managers don't even know what they aredoing. Anytime you use the online app it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to process it without issue because apparentlyit takes a rocket scientist. DONT EAT FROM HERE Read more
This place is horrible!! They make you pull forward and wait 15 min for your food that is cold and Undercooked!! Oh sure you can... go all the way back and bring it in and they will cook you another. But if you are on lunch break or traveling Dont Stop. Youwill spend more time then you wont to!!! Read more
I always do curbside. I like being able to order on the app. Also because no matter what. It seems you are asked to pull forward... and wait in the drive through. That being said. 8 out of 10 times. The person at the window is nice. The person who comescurbside is ALWAYS nice and friendly. I have never had anyone be rude that came to curbside. Food is always hot. My onlycomplaint is the last time my iced coffee and melted quite a bit ???? but it's iced coffee so it was ok. Read more
