4717 Jackson St. need to have a district manager that cares about the product that is being serve to the customer. They need to... have someone undercover to see how they food is being fix for their customers. It is horrible how they is fixing ppl food.Please drive through and ask for a fish sandwich or ask for a sweet tea. Read more
Rudest place to ever get food. Brought our family there this evening, it was our youngests birthday and he loves going for the... play place. Woman who took our order, big colored MEAN woman, and messed it up. When we acknowledged that our order was wrong,she got even more rude with us, even though she saw she messed it up. She forgot she even took our order in the first place! Noregard for the ?Customer is always right? policy, which we were, she was just flat out rude. Ruined our sons birthday evening,everyone leaving from annoyance. We will be taking our money and festivities elsewhere. Hope the building falls on top of her. Read more
I have never been to a place who consistently gets ur order wrong and good luck getting fresh food.
The bread seemed fine but the fish was like shoe leather which leaves me wondering what has this poor fish been thru and who... would serve this to another human being. Read more
There was nothing "wrong" with the food.. The drive through was pretty fast.. Just not what you hope to get for the price you... pay. The service has always been good except for a male manager that was disrespectful at best. Idk.. maybe he's good withthe employees..? Anyway It's decent overall. Went thru drive thru and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with no pickles no onions and a Dr Pepper. I get back to work and have... 2 burgers that are wrapped in the cheeseburger wrappers but have no cheese! And had onions. Fried were cold and I also had thewrong drink.
