I came in to order and sat in line with my grandmother while one was helping a customer with a large order and the other on the... phone. The other one eventually got off the phone and proceeded to work on a cake all the time while we were standingthere. There was no acknowledgement, after waiting several minutes, so I said hi and they looked bewildered. I proceeded to tellthe one girl that the proper thing to do when people come into a store is to say hi to make them feel welcome. I didn?t feelwelcome at this establishment. Read more
