My husband got food poisoning the next morning? This is not okay. We barely ate the food because most of it was undercooked and... dry, but what was eaten made us sick. The really nice waitress was the only part of that experience that we truthfully enjoyed. Read more

It's one of my favorite places to eat out! The rolls are so good they would be enough to get me to come back! Thankfully, the... rest of their menu is just as good and the service never disappoints! Read more

The service was great, everyone extremely friendly! The place is very clean with a fun atmosphere, it does has a very dim light... level but don't mind at all. The restrooms were clean and lots of open areas for large groups. Unfortunately the food isaverage, the steaks were cooked at correct levels (ie: med rare , rare) however the meat had no flavor at all and tasted watery. Like it was rinsed to clean but no taste. The sides were ok, the chili was luke-warm, dry like it's been under a heat lamp fora while. The Buffalo wings were good, drenched in Buffalo sauce but small. Overall the portions are very small for the prices. I recommend reducing prices to match the quality of food. For those prices, a competitor steak place is way better. Read more

JUST GO TO TEXAS ROAD HOUSE!! Came to Alexandria on a Tuesday for business and before I drive two hours home I decided to eat... here?. What a mistake?. Save yourself a favor and turn around and go to outback or Texas road house. Took 20 minutes to getdrinks. 40 for food. Restaurant was empty! Staff super rude running like chicken with their heads cut off. Took the wrong order,I asked for medium rare I got well done. Took it back to the kitchen and they returned the same steak even more done thanbefore. I sent back and end up eating just my sides. Forgot the shrimp?. Forgot the bread? didn?t refill my drink. I meaneverything went WRONG! I wanted dessert since I was still hungry and before I asked she already got my ticket. Skip thislocation! Save your time and money. Read more

Went in for our 2nd time after a great experience last time. Won?t be back for awhile. Want an appetizer? The fried mushrooms... had 3 actual mushrooms, the rest were slices and stems. Want a signature drink from the bar? Bring your own from the gasstation. Was a cup full of ice that didn?t arrive until entrees came out, looked nothing like what it should even try to be, andwatered down with no alcohol. Want a steak? Save $10 and get a better seasoned and cooked one at huddle house next door. Had toask for the side salads that we didn?t come out til after entrees. Got a lot of ?I?m sorry? from the waitstaff, a happy birthdaythat came off like an apology, and a to go box of rolls. Manager never visited, or even bothered to turn around when we saidsomething walking out. Will be a long while before we try this again. Read more

Visited for lunch on Father's Day this year with a group of 10 including my mother in a wheelchair. The table was ready fairly... quickly even though they were packed for Father's Day due to the efficiency of all members on staff from what I could see. Ourgroup was particularly picky that day and had many special requests or changed their minds at some point. I would havecompletely understood our waitress getting frustrated or annoyed, however, she did not do that. In fact she was extra helpfuland offered options not even asked for. Even though everything was efficient it was correct and the quality of the food wasgreat. Would go there again anytime! Read more

We arrived after lunch on the way home from a conference. There weren't very many people in the restaurant. Before sitting, I... had to get paper towels from the bar area to wipe off my seat because it was dirty. After being seated for 15 minutes, andbeing passed by the waitress in the bar area several times, the bar tender came and greeted us, took our drink orders as well asour food orders (since we'd been there long enough to know what we wanted), and told us that our server was someone with a namebeginning with an S. We knew it couldn't have possibly been the waitress that walked around our table, because she nevergreeted us to begin with, right? Minutes passed and so did she (several times) then asked did "she" take our drink orders. After telling her what we ordered, the waitress brought out the drinks that had been sitting there. Next, a huge spider begancrawling down the glass of the window. My daughter panicked, so we moved ourselves...Our "waitress" was too busy talking to acoworker in the corner so she didn't notice. I let the bar tender know that we moved because of a spider and she said "that'sfine". We knew that the move was fine, the lack of cleaning was not. 5 minutes later, I asked the waitress about rolls, becausewe had none and they were brought to the table. I ordered grilled shrimp, my husband ordered a steak, and daughter chickentenders. After being there for an hour, we were done, and thanks to Charlen, the bar tender, we were ready to go. I don't knowif it's the economy and the mentality of not working , but to some, customer service and common courtesy has become a lost art.The person that acknowledged us and was attentive to our needs was tipped respectfully, and we don't plan on making this a stopagain...unless we're sitting at the bar ????.
