Just ate here for mine and my husband's 10 year anniversary. Server greeted us from behind the counter where the drinks are and... we were in a booth by the window, she called us love birds (I had my head on his shoulder) and asked what we wanted to drinkfrom there. She took our order at our table. Took awhile to get our food, we got there around 5:30pm, they were not busy. Maybeless than 7 tables there total. Waitress talked to the table behind us about how the manager is not there. Asked us from thattable how we were going to pay, cash or card, and we said card. She then stated that to leave a review saying where is themanager. While still waiting for our food, she said she had to cook our food and the kitchen is cooking our eggs. When we gotour food, she asked how it was from the same spot she asked what we wanted to drink. Not even finished with our food or evenhalf way done, she tells us she's going to cash us out. We decided to pay cash at that moment. She brought me the receipt longenough for me to see the reciept then picked it up. Stood there while I got my money out to pay her and said when we get done weare free to leave. I was not able to look and see what her name was. Didn't ask if we needed a Togo box or anything. We wanted adessert for our anniversary but decided to not get anything due to being rushed. Read more

The place is clearly overworked and understaffed. Nonetheless, the servers there are professional and friendly, masking well the... strains of being stretched so thin. The strawberry creme crepes are the best! Since crepes deplete often at this location, thestaff has been really kind/accommodating to get around this hurdle by adapting a French toast variant for me. I appreciate thisindividual attention, especially given the large volume of customers overall endured at this busy location. Read more
We visited this location on the way to our flight (5:30 am) Staff was EXTREMELY courteous. Specifically Ken! He went above and... beyond for us. Our food was PHENOMENAL! The veggie omelet I ordered was cooked to perfection. ???? My husband ordered pancakes,eggs, and hashbrowns. Also delicious. Read more
I don?t know why I go back, it had been at least 3 years since I had been. Menu is really slimmed down. Server was... friendly. Bacon was burnt. I ordered toast I did not get it. I requested it again, heard server ask the cook. No toast not1crumb. Server repeatedly bragged he did not charge me for the toast. I will not go back!! Pitt Grill for me. Read more
Our waiter was very polite. I was impressed when he didn't write down our four orders... UNTIL they weren't correct! (I didn't... want cheese in my omelette, someone else was supposed to get toast but didn't, and we were told the grits would take a while butwere finally told by the manager that they don't have grits!)??????? Stopped in for breakfast. Everything was cooked to order. Our waitress was nice and friendly. A great experience!
Each time I place an online order, it seems like it's never ready when it's supposed to be. And the staff never gives updates on... when it should be ready. These past few times, I've had to wait an excess of 20 to 30 minutes after I arrived, just to get myfood. And even after waiting all that time, they gave me the wrong pancakes. I wasn't in a mood to talk to someone about it,especially after waiting a ridiculous amount time. Just a frustrating experience. Dining in is at least a little better of anexperience. Waiters are friendly, and food gets out quickly without sacrificing quality. That's really the saving grace of thisplace. This ihop isn't the best, and isn't the fastest with getting takeout orders ready. And I wish someone at the front wouldgive out updates on when the food should be ready. Always feels like I should place an order 30 minutes before I actually wantit. If there was a second ihop in the area, I would totally go to that one instead, but there isn't, so I'll just stick withthis one. Read more
