They allow smoking right outside the door and it engulfs the whole eating area inside and out. When you can't hardly breath... because the smoke and you ask about if they ask the person to move because they are smoking right at the door and then you'reaccused of starting something... wow.. poor service. If you don't agree then say you can't help then walk away don't startaccusing a customer of starting an argument. Read more
You will have to drive to Lafayette to get a better or equal hamburger from a chain. I will be 45 in October ...ive lived and... worked in this area most of my life. This is one of the...if not THE best burgers in its class that ive had in 25 years...(shoutout to Chris who made it...) Honestly, I can't remember a better one. Its in my personal top 10 and that includes the burgersI have made from chopped ribeye. Its EXACTLY what you are craving right now! The XXL is huge...the beef is quality. The cheeseis real and you have multiple options including a fried egg! I had the sweet potato fries...fantastic texture and flavor. Theyonly offer Pepsi products....aparently this was a corporate decision..I feel Diet Coke is the more popular choice for the area. On the upside, they offer a good selection of cold beer. Its conveniently located off Versailles with an icecream and coffeeshop next to it. The amenities are excellent. There is a bar and open tables...Plenty of room. Also a huge outdoor area in anatrium between this place and Rotolios...It has a canvas shade over the area and lots of fans. The bathroom was slightly out ofsorts but it did not smell and seemed regularly cleaned....just Crumpled up paper towels all around the trashcan but not in it.Probably because it has a lid and people dont like touching those. My most recent visit to FatBurger was unlike my previous vists. What I received was a frozen hamburger patty that lacked... character, fries that were previously cooked earlier, and ok service. I did email corporate and to this day have not heard backfrom anyone. I will say the chocolate shake was great. 2 Stars Read more
Incredible customer service from Danny, Wafa, and Ms. Erica! I traveled with my large family to dine-in at this Alexandria... restaurant and the staff here was more than accommodating. We had small kids, indecisive orderers, and somewhat picky eaters ?but Danny, Wafa, and Ms. Erica made us feel like we were the best customers! They always had a smile, and they were mindful tomake sure we had a great experience. I?m grateful for the three of them, and I imagine the owner is too! Oh? and the food wasgreat, too! Read more

My honest review. Overall this place is fantastic. The food was just as good as the service, amazing! I definitely will be back... for more. Stopped for light lunch, I had double, spouse a single and shared a order of stake fries. Finished my double, single and fries... ended in part in the trash. We skipped dinner. Delish. Highly recommend for those with growing teens!!! Read more
