I love Cracker Barrel, always enjoy stopping in on one of my many trips. This one, however, is a disappointment:(. Their... service was good and restaurant and store were clean, but the food quality was awful. The chicken and dumplings and theconsistency of old leftover mashed potatoes, the country fried steak was like you would see in a kids cafeteria at publicschool, and the apple sauce?? really???? A kids lunchable cup? What happened to the good chunky warm apple sauce? You can dobetter, corporate you need to come straighten the kitchen out. It is about not only the atmosphere but also the foodexperiences. Read more

Amazing food and service! Everyone is extremely nice and patient with how busy things are. Both the people on the store side... and the restaurant side were very pleasant to speak with. The food may not look very fancy on presentation however makes up forit on the great taste! My favorite are the dumplings with pot roast coming in second place. The pot roast literally fallsapart to where you don't need a knife. Overall I recommend this place for some good hearty food.. Read more

Don?t plan to dine here if you are in a hurry. The staff will get you seated as soon as possible. If you are a seasoned Cracker... Barrel customer, you know what to expect during your visit. There is almost always a wait but we?ll worth it in the end. Shoparound the gift shop while you wait for your name to be called. The biscuits and cornbread at the beginning are always a winnerwith the family and the service always friendly. There are several options to choose from on the menu no matter what your palletcalls for. This is the place to dine at for comfort foods. Put this on your list of places to eat at on road-trips. terrible experience and had to talk to the manager (who was very rude) arrived at 7:50pm on labor day, and it was busy, and we... understand that they are short staffed, so we were patient. we?ve never had a problem before. we noticed the place was gross, tables were not cleaned off and floor had food all over but we know they get busy so oh well. then, we had to wait until about8:30pm for our first refill even though our server walked by multiple times and we didn?t receive our biscuits and food untilabout 8:40. when we got it, it was super small portions and it was cold. my husband had what it looked like an eyelash in hismacaroni as well. we told the manager this politely and just asked if we could leave, we didn?t end up eating the food. he hadan attitude towards us. we never complain and we always love coming to this cracker barrel, but not good lately. slacking a lot.:/ Read more

Convenient location, but poor service. Lacks sufficient staff to support a reasonable amount of customers. They make you wait... outside instead of seating you and giving you a coffee. Also skimt on the orange juice. Read more

I have stopped at this location before as well as several stores all over the country. The food has always been good and the... service average. Today, the food was good, and the service was excellent! We had the kindest, most attentive waitress I havehad anywhere in a very long time. Celie was the best. Customer service in so many areas have dropped to just barley tolerable. There is, at least one person that is an exception. Manager, take note. You have a winner. Read more

Worst food I have ever had!! We ordered coffee, had one cup the entire time we were there. Received our food, my husband?s... steak was so salty he couldn?t eat it, my mashed potatoes and pinto beans were cold and so thick you couldn?t eat them. I askedtwice for my cornbread and was half done with my country fried steak ( only thing hot or edible) before I got the cornbread. Myhusband never got his jelly or apple butter, so he tried to use the regular butter and it was rock hard. The bathrooms weredisgusting. Trash running over in the floor, no paper towels and the toilet was filthy. Update- We paid for a $45.00 meal weabsolutely couldn?t eat, had horrible service from our waitress, had to go to the gas station next door to use the restroom, hadto stop at a fast food place and spend more money to get food we could eat. Cracker Barrel Corporate added an additional insultby sending us a virtual coupon for 1 free dessert. Really, we are out $45.00 at your restaurant for horrible food and anadditional $22.00 at a fast food place because we were starving. We wasted over an hour in there restaurant, then lost more timehaving to stop for a restroom and get more food but if you will come back we will give you a free $5.00 dessert. That is afabulous apology said no one! If corporate acts that way it?s no wonder this place was so bad! ???????? Read more
