Worst experience in 30 years at a Chick fil a, both food and customer service. The workers (3 guys) were more interested in... talking with the car of 4 girls for 5-10 minutes before sending them forward and taking our order. 99% of the time they are great. Which I guess is a pretty good rating. Since 2018. I have only had one person be rude, and my... sandwich order be wrong 3 times. (it had tomatoes and I'm allergic) Everyone is always nice and friendly. Some are happier andskipping in line when they take orders. It really does make it a better experience. When at most other places, people seem tohate their life when you try to be pleasant to them. I wish they would open one in Pineville.
