The employees here are above and beyond!!!! They make sure you food is correct, hot and tastes good. You have to wait a minute... for it. But will definitely make this place a go to from now on. Whoever owns it though needs to get some cooler air for theemployee work station. The dine in side was really cool and comfortable. But it was miserable standing waiting to order. I canonly imagine how bad it was for them working. I offered to go buy them a fan and bring it in. So whoever owns this place fix it.You have some amazing employees who are polite, friendly and happy. Despite working it a hot and muggy job area!!!!!! Don't losethem. Read more

I always stop at Captain D's when I'm in Alexandria because it's my absolute favorite place to eat! The food always hot and... fresh! The drinks are horrible but the food is great and delicious! Read more
Management and or owners of this place has changed for the worst. I used to go here with my family a couple of times a month and... was decent food but this past weekend me and my family went there to eat and as soon as we walk in we got the negative feelingfrom the workers they did not want to do their job they was rude and the person at the counter got our order wrong and thenfilled drinks and gave to us then said we will have to check them to see what is what because she didn't care to label it ortell us then she spilled one of the drinks all over us and the counter, then once we got the food we was missing 2 orders andthen she had attitude saying they gave us our order but we didn't get our full order so it was the worst experience we've everhad here and we will not go back ever again they lost us as customers for good. The staff and food were great!! That would get a 5 stars . My reason for one star is, this Captain D's is not ADA compliant. I... could not get my sister in law in the door without a struggle. Remove the useless divider wall and make a double door accessinto the lobby. This is 2022 and this should not be an issue. Read more
Horrible. They apparently changed the type of fish they use without communicating it to their customers. It tastes more like... chicken. I was so disappointed because it?s been a while since I?ve eaten here. Not only that, Whenever I went in to get arefund, everyone in the building was complaining that the fish was disgusting. I held Captain D?s to a higher standard thanthis! I will not be returning. Read more
