Pulled into drive thru to order food. No one came on so we could pulled up to the window (there was literally no other... customers). They told me their headset was dead (no biggie), but then told me I had to come inside to order because they werenot allowed to take orders at the window. We went to McDonald?s instead. I wanted onion rings and you had them. I'll continue to return, as long as you do. The burgers were, lettuce, tomatoes,... pickles, onions, with light mayo & mustard. Very good, if I must say so myself. Best of all, the food was hot. Read more
They need to just close it down or find an owner who cares! Burger King has been doing horrible everywhere but this location is... just outright pitiful! If you get a drink you may get luck and get ice! If they have meat you may be able to get a burger that?sis possibly room temp. Fries are always hard and burnt! Inside as well as outside is disgusting! Nobody is nice at all! And ifyou do muster the courage to eat what you pay for if your lucky enough to have cash because the card machine is down, then youwill feel nasty and borderline sick for the rest of the day! Got our order wrong. No big deal right?! Well yeah...BIG DEAL a whopper I'd different from a double meat burger on regular thick... sliced bread. Ordered fries ... no fries in bag. Oh was horrible i waited 10 minutes at the counter before i was acknowledged. Then the girl working the counter said ill be back... not 1 but 2 times and never took my order finally the manager. Came and took my order when i did get my food it was cold andold. I would have turned around and bought it back but due to circumstances beyond my control i was pressed for time they got mefor real but never again im very disappointed with this restaurant. This should be a negative star rating. The place was filthy, the food was old and greasy tasting like it had been cooked long... before I arrived. I have seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station. The person at the front did not acknowledge anyone other thanto tell you what your total was and shout out your number when it was on the tray. I barely touched the food and in facttrashed it on the way out to go somewhere else to order something edible. Read more
Worst experience ever. Visiting Louisiana where I?m from so passing through and stop here. So first took 15 min to get our order... taken at the speaker because they?re stalling cars due to only having 3 ppl working. The person taking it seems to struggleunderstanding your order so have to repeat everything over and over. Then told there?s no drinks other than Water, orange juice,& apple juice like I?m a 3 yr old. Then you get to the window with 2 cars in front of you that they told to pull up because whatthey?re doing is trying to keep that drive thru window time down. So when one finally gets their food they ask us to pull up.That?s when we wait another 20 minutes to get our food. Then I?m sure that?s when they take the person at drive thru order andrepeat the process making it seem like ppl are getting their food in 2 minutes!! Terrible establishment Read more
