I don't know what their problem was..possibly short staffed. Guy at drive thru came took my order after I had been standing for... 3-5 mins. Had to ask for straws, napkins & ketchup (there's was nothing in lobby area). Ask if lobby was closed guy said no. Read more

Coming off the highway for a much needed food and bathroom break, we pulled in and one of the staff outside said their dining... room was closed due to a water line issue, but graciously unlocked to let us use the bathroom and order food. The Burger King in Alexandria, LA. was awful. I waited in a drive thur with only one vehicle ahead of me and had to wait about... 20 minutes before person could even give there order. Pull up to intercom silence so after 5 minutes I start speaking trying tosee if someone was there but nothing. Finally order after 15 minutes, pull up to pay for food I'm told to pull up and wait forfood to come out after about 10 minutes but my order wasn't complete. I didn't receive 2 fries or the drinks so had to continueto wait. Really BAD service Read more
I can not stress enough...check your bag and receipt before you drive away from the window My husband requested to add a biscuit... to his ultimate pancake platter, after paying and receiving the order he checked for the biscuit and found there was no biscuitto which he had to get the workers attention to ask about it and she replied oh no sir you never added it to your order, when inreality he asked several times to make sure she put one biscuit in with his order which she told him would be a dollarextra, Other than the "biscuit mishap" our total order was as we expected, not great but served it's purpose Read more
