I have mixed opinions about this Subway location in specific. Usually I do online orders, which shouldn't differ the quality of... the sandwhich too much. Yet everytime I order the quality seems to either impress me or depress me. From great sandwhiches toan absolute mess. Worst Subway I've ever been to. It just gets worse and worse. Unfortunately there aren't many options in Aledo. How could you go... wrong with subway? Actually, you can by going to this one. I don't know what's worse, the food or service? This is by far theslowest crew and they manage to drop my sandwich every time before I even pay out. The bread was undercooked the last two times,the lettuce was wilted and turning brown. The chicken was very bland and actually tasted old. It almost tasted like bad tuna outof a can. This location consistently gets mobile orders wrong. When I told them they should really look at the ?Special Instructions?... section the older gentleman at the counter he turned to the guy that made my sandwich and mocked me sarcastically repeating whatI said. Then sarcastically said have a nice day. When I got home I called the store and asked to talk to the owner or I wouldlike their name and number. I am fairly certain that the voice on the other end was they guy who mocked me and said he was thearea manager. I wanted to talk to the owners to let them know about the issue so they could fix it because by losing my businessthey are the ones truly affected. But I was told ?we don?t give that information out?. Well the owner is now going to suffer andthe rude gentleman I?m sure will have a different job in a few months anyway. Placed order online with ease. Called the store to confirm my order was received and my call was answered promptly. The employee... was friendly and efficiently confirmed the order. Everything was ready in the 15 minute drive to the store for pickup. All thefood was fresh and of superb quality. The wrap was stuffed with ingredients and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Terry and Paul?a better dynamic duo than Batman and Robin. I?ve eaten at countless Subways across the country. This was the best... sandwich I?ve ever had. Both were incredible at their service and there is absolutely nothing I can think of that would make mylunch more enjoyable! Read more
Never going here again. There was copious amounts of hair and dirt in my fountain drink that was given to me. When I informed... the manager about it he offered to get me a new cup and never did and instead started helping another customer so I had to walkout because of how disgusted I was. I was at least expecting a refund on my drink considering I already drank some of it beforeseeing the hair and dirt. Awful customer service. Read more
This was not a great experience. There were 3 young men who were working. My nephew started to order and I had to repeat myself... 3 times. One of the young men had to correct the other for what we wanted. As Another young man started helping me, he startedto prepare my order, he got all the way to the veggies in my Chicken bacon ranch protein bowl. I asked if he was going to heatit, he responded ko and argued with me as to how it was fixed. I have always been asked if I wanted the meat heated. I couldn'tcontinue the order. Read more
