We ordered two pizzas, one of them was made wrong, we called and they gave the option to remake or give a coupon. Since this was... dinner, we opted to have it remade. The pizza was remade, "delivered" but left outside on the ground (I'm assuming no contactalthough we did not request such nor was the first order delivered that way) which would've been fine except no one knocked,rang the door bell or gave ANY other indication the pizza had been delivered and was outside. Someone happened to go to the carand noticed the pizza just sitting there. It was very cold by then and thankfully there were no bugs inside the box. Greatlydisappointed ???? I have no real qualms with the food (little greasy but it is pizza). My last delivery, they completely forgotpart of my order (they did refund the missing portion). The delivery service needs work. Good pizza-friendly-helpful service. I have not used their delivery-always have picked it up. Their crust every time I have had... it, has been good. The Beddar Cheddar Burger is good and is what is pictured here. I cut the green peppers in case your lookingfor it. It has a mix of cheddar and mozzarella which does make it an orange color. Their Mr Spinach is also a favorite! Their Jim Stix with cheese is good and the Cin Stix are messy good! It seems they go from good to great depending on who ismaking the pizza. Sometimes when ordering extra cheese, it is lacking. Yet, the pizza is still good-much better than theircompetitors. Read more
