We ordered a pizza by phone Friday. They told us pick up in 45 minutes. When we went to pick up there was no pizza. They lost... the order and acted like they never had it. I understand mistakes happen but jeesh. Read more
Friendly staff. For the breakfast pizza you should scramble eggs and put the bacon on top.
Decent old small town Caseys. Every time I visit everyone is friendly and service is fast. Decent clean facility and easy to get... to. The pumps and parking can be a bit cramped to maneuver around when busy. Read more
This place is the worse when it comes to pizza. We ordered online a large taco and large pepperoni and was going to use my 10... pizza then a free one coupons I have collected. It said my order went through but then got there 35 minutes later and theydidn't get our order. So they made our pizzas and discounted them and I was nice enough to not use my coupons. When we got homeand opened the pizzas our taco had turned into a sausage but our pepperoni was what it should of been. Ticked off we called andtold them our order was screwed up and that we wanted our taco pizza that we never got. She stated we could come back up and getit and we had asked for it to be delivered instead and she stated well the best I can do is give you a free pizza for your nextvisit and not deliver it then hung up. Customer service will go a long ways if your nicer to people because at this point I willnot order from them again. Read more
Very unprofessional employees! They argue with the customer and talk under their breath about a customer to other employees... while the customer is standing right there at the counter. Remember, just because a person has a vehicle with out of stateplates it doesn't mean they aren't a regular customer. There are a lot of deals now because of their anniversary this year butcashiers aren't familiar with specials or how to ring them up. When questioned about the total cost or the need for a receiptthe cashier gets short with you and is no longer friendly. I usually chose this location over other stores because of theirbetter kitchen, but after poor service today I think I will do my business across the river. Read more
I have always loved Caseys pizza but it has gone down hill the last few months. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered.... They weren't sure how to take a check for payment. Said they would call me back. After 20 minutes, I called them back and got myorder placed. I was told 45 minutes for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I called asking where my pizza was. They said itwas out for delivery, and I only live a few blocks away. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I called again and told them toforget it. So in almost 2 hours they couldn't get my pizzas made and delivered. About 2 months ago I ordered a Taco pizza. Wentto pick it up 45 min later and it wasn't even in the oven yet. Returned half hour later to pick it up, took it home, and when Iopened it, it didn't have any taco toppings on it! I made a 3rd trip to Casey's and after an hour and a half we finally got toeat. This has become the norm for this store. Friends and family have had the same terrible service these last few months.Pizzas are either messed up, forgotten altogether, or ridiculously late. So I guess if you've got a few hours to kill before youeat, order Casey's! But if you want to eat what you ordered, within a reasonable amount of time, go elsewhere! Read more
