Customer service is pretty terrible and cost is ridiculously high for what you get. I put in a delivery order for 4 juices (over... $40) and they only delivered 2. Understand it was probably an honest mistake, but when i called to notify them, no one wouldrespond back to me. I called 3 times. I finally ended up getting an email stating I would be refunded for the missing2. Personally I prefer Lemonkind. They have a large selection, the service and communication is great and their juices aredelicious. Additionally, they have similar whole ingredients, and they are very reasonably priced. UPDATE - Interesting thatthey don't have enough staff to call someone about an incorrect order, however, they did have enough resources to respond tothis review within 3 hours. My family and I love the smoothies, juice, bliss balls, raw cake, salads, granola... whew! We love everything at Greenheart!!

Absolutely love this place! Their juices are constantly fresh and delicious. They have a wide variety for everyone. I would... recommend MJ, Naked Roots and their Chai (although their all delicious). I also love their smoothie bowls which are superfilling, particularly the Mother of Dragon's Bowl. Their staff is super helpful and polite. Read more
Cute little health shop on aldie which was nice to find close to home! Good juice and okay acai bowl (had too many frozen... fruits). However they are very pricey so it's not possible to be a frequent customer without breaking the bank. The green juicewas $11 and acai bowl $9/10. I did really appreciate the juices being in glass bottles which you can take and reuse, so veryenvironmentally friendly in that sense. Read more
I?ve visited this location twice now and I think I?m getting hooked. I go for the açaí bowls and fresh juices. The juice seems... pricey at $11 per bottle but I?ve got a juicer and it takes a lot of fruit and veggies to get just a little bit of juice so Ithink the price is worth it. The staff were different each time I went but both times they were extremely helpful and friendly.If you visit try the strawberry cashew milk, but be careful because once you?ve tasted it you just may crave it all the time. We've never had a problem with anything, everything is super fresh, they have seasonal products. Depending on the day, they... might be out of some of the stuff, which in the quantities we usually buy, we usually can't get everything we want. Theemployees are nice, I've never had a problem there. The Mother of Dragon actually bowl is probably my favorite current item,and reasonably priced. Here's why 4 stars. The juice prices are just very high. It's starting to get hard to justify $12 abottle of juice. We used to come here and spend over $100 for just two of us, but I think that'll stop. The juice sell by datecan be like the next day, which is a bummer. They give u 5% off if u buy 6 juices, but that doesn't do much. I'd much rather seea frequent shopper punch card type of program (buy 10, get a free juice). The other thing is they did away with the chiapudding, which was my other favorite. They were so good! That alone will be a reason for less visits. Yes, I get inflation, thecost to create these items, but the juice prices are too high. I'd rather go get a smoothie for half that price. So we do findourselves going less. Read more
