It's A&W. Very good food! Friendly and helpful staff. I needed an order fill for a whole hockey team. It was a two hour window... from order to pick-up. I had all the orders in messages on my phone. They patiently got all the orders and filled them with nomistakes. I paid right there and later went through the drive-thru. They handed me the bags with everyones names written ontheir order and drink. Thanks a bunch to the great staff! ???????? Read more

Used to stop here every time we passed on our way to or from Calgary. Thought would start it up again. What a mistake. First, I... asked for the lower riced mushroom burger that was on the window, just to try it. Instead, they gave me one that was more thandouble the price. They rush you so fast, that you do not really have time to notice or to request a change to the order. Afterthey hand you your food, they literally point at the door, then turn around and completely ignore you. I was in the truck and onthe road for a half hour before I got a chance to eat, as the traffic was fairly busy. I started with the fries. They weresoggy, but I just passed that off as being due to waiting to eat, although, they should not get soggy that fast. I then triedthe first of two burgers. First bite seemed off. I shrugged it off and tried again. My burger was sour. Yes, sour. I actuallygagged. I opened the burger and it looked to have almost an entire onion. No kidding, there was more onion than beef, lettuce,etc. That went in the garbage. I tried burger two, and it also was sour. There was not a lot of onion, so I assumed it was themeat. That also went in the garbage. By this point, I was too far to return. Next trip (daily trip), I will skip this A&W andjust eat some roadkill. Same level of meat, but much cheaper. Read more
It would be great if they could take some steps to manage their fly problem. I get people go in and out of the doors but I... haven't seen this kind of fly issue at other A & W restaurants. It'd definitely a challenge to attempt to eat and fight off theflies. Read more
I ordered the Uncle Burger for the 1st. time and the burger patty was barely warm and Dried out!!! Was not impressed and will no... longer be choosing A&W if this happens again. I wish that the Burgers were freshly made and not sitting in a Warming tray, Iwould gladly wait for for a juicy hot Burger. Read more
Large vehicle clearance at the drive thru, which is just off of the Shell gas station. A&W can also be accessed from inside the... Shell, and has an impressively large dining room. Team members were polite and informative about the current lockdown measures,and why the dining room was closed. The quality of our food was excellent. I will return. Read more
This has got to be the slowest drive thru in the area. I think they should put it on their sign displayed out front that they... make ALL their food FRESH this is why the wait is so long. Read more
