Absolutely refused to give me a raise after working here almost a year. People started 4,5, even 6 months after me and they were... all getting raises! So I finally quit and within a week of quitting they have on their sign In huge letters. 13$ an hour. Afterthey only wanted to pay me 10. And I was the one doing everybody's work!! Read more
To be right at the airport with all the other restaurants around you would think that this restaurant would be pretty fast but... no. The doors were closed so had to go through drive-thru. When you pull to the drive thru and someone comes on the speaker saying "what you want" it's clear the place isn't good. But... decided to get food anyway since we just got off the plane and was hungry. But don't you worry, the food tasted like theattitude of the staff. Horrible! First it was wrong. I don't understand how a restaurant can be open, with workers inside working, and not answering the drive thru. I sat at the... drive thru for 15 minutes with no response, drove around in case any sensors were off, spoke up multiple times to the speakerand still nothing. If your restaurant closes as 1 then you should be taking orders at 12, or close (which you clearly weren'twith all the lights on and workers inside) especially when I see lines wrapped around the building all the way up to 12:30almost every night Read more
We were the only vehicle in line when we got there. Waited at the drive-thru order menu for 15 minutes at 9:30 at night. Said... they were doing a shift change. Then the drinks were out so we had to get something else. The cashier try to charge us twicebecause she was so disoriented that she didn't remember us paying the first time. Horrible experience. This place was horrible. One of the worst Wendy's we ever been to in multiple states. The bathrooms were dirty, the floor was... greasy, it was 88° inside. The teen boy working the counter didn't care and was indifferent, and the other employee was justincredibly slow. I'm pretty sure they all hated their job and it showed. Got our order wrong, cold fries, and there was a hair in my husbands frosty, told the guy who took our order and he did nothing... but offer to make him a new one. He should have told the cooks to be more careful. He was nice and all but that's the best thingI can say about this place. Worst Wendy's I've been to and won't be back Read more
