Terrible. Paid 10.07 for food I can't eat. Ordered a number 1 with no pickles or onions. Got a burger LOADED with pickles and... onions so now the bun and everything tastes like pickle juice....not eating. Cold fries....not eating and a sprite that tastelike the syrup is out....not drinking. Won't be back. Read more
Terrible experience! Spending almost $45 at this store, I would expect to have at least nice customer service and fresh food. My... husband and I went through the drive-though Monday at 1:30 PM (not a rush time), ordering for 4 people. The young lady withdark and bright red hair with very long fingernails should NOT be dealing with customers. She was very unfriendly and didn'tlisten to the answers to her questions. The burgers and fries were not fresh nor warm. All the drinks, which we were told weremarked which were not an important because we needed to know the sugar-free drinks, were not marked and apparently the syrupswere low because they tasted terrible. Order was messed up. Overcharged by $20.00,and the manager on duty could not give a refund, on a Friday . Was told that I had to... wait until Monday to get a refund. Food was poor quality. It deserves a negative star!!! Went through drive thru the heavy set black lady was very rude she got upset due to me asking for... a drink carrier, pluse on top of that my food should have been $18.25 but was charged $30.58, I did you receive all my food so Ihad to go in. Then the blonde with long hair got upset cause I came inside and she said how did you get in here our lobby isclosed. I said I didn't get all my food she couldn't help that. The only person that tried to fix there mess up was the tan girlwith short brown hair. So thank you for fixing my order. But all my food was cold and horrible. So horrible service and horriblefood. Whoever owns or runs this place should be embarrassed. Your prices are WAY TOO HIGH for the quality and service that is being... provided. A single cheeseburger and small fry should not be almost 10.00. Seriously! I could get past that if I had gotten whatI actually ordered. I however got what they felt like making me apparently and so much for your hot freaking fries! Got acheeseburger with the wrong condiments and cold fries. Your staff was rude, and cannot count. I gave them exact change sincethey weren't taking anything but cash that night, and your employee tried to give me change back. I was always that kid that enjoyed the freak shows at the traveling carnival. The bearded lady, three headed chicken and the... lizard boy always fascinated me. I get that same nostalgic rush when I go to the Wendy's drive thru in Alcoa TN. Hey! Justfor fun, if you happen to catch the manager in the drive thru, be sure to ask for ketchup. You can literally see her facecontort into some kind of demonic form. It's good for a laugh, but the she demon ultimately wins. You are the one that ends upwith cold nuggets and a flat coke. Read more
