Fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse. No issues. Everything from service to food was exceptional.
We had dinner last night (9/25/22). 7 people in our group & Keisha was our server. First of all, the food was perfect. Every... order came out quickly. The best part was our server...she was the perfect example of how the job should be done. I've been aserver so I know! She never missed a step, each person got the correct order without her having to ask who got what. Sheremembered! Drink glasses never got more than half empty before she was right there with refills. Extra bread was deliveredwithout asking. The restaurant was full with a long wait line but yet she wasn't deterred at all. And with every trip to ourtable she brought the same smile! The food was good and the service was amazing. My kid got a birthday Yeehaw and loved it. My only thought is the place is... always busy. Which is good. It means the food and staff are great. I just didn't expect to almost get run over by someone tryingto drop their wife off at the front door with the intent of beating us inside. Please go. But remember to look both ways. Read more
The service is always top notch. Food is very good comes to the table fast. They always ask you to check to see if the steak is... done to your liking. They keep your drinks refilled without having to ask. Very friendly. High five to all who work there. The best part is that they will make changes to the order without any problem. Read more
This location is closing down and they are opening a new one across the street. That being said we dined here before the... transition. We waited for tables to be cleaned in order to be seated. The waitress was very friendly and made sure to refillour drinks. My steak was not cooked correctly but was fixed with an apology. Not my favorite Texas Roadhouse, but still a goodplace to stop for a bite to eat. Read more
Excellent steaks for my taste. I love a simple grilled filet mignon with out any extras. I sometimes will use A1, but sometimes... not. I like a good medium pink with no red. Texas Roadhouse in general and this one in particular hit the mark. I also liked thesalad which differed from my local Roadhouse in that they use grape tomatoes at this location instead of diced. It was a nicechange. Lindsay our waitress was very attentive, even at a very busy time of the evening. The meal and atmosphere here was toonotch. We will visit again while on vacation here in the Maryville area. Read more
