The food was absolutely cold or lukewarm at best the service was semi okay. I believe they could have used a little bit more... smile and a bit more enthusiasm. I don't recommend this taco bell to anyone. I used to go to this taco bell because it was close to my work but every time I'd... visit they would get my order wrong (literally every time) and the last 2 times my chicken was dry and nasty tasting like it hadbeen made hours prior and kept out, not to mention there was food items on my food that shouldnt have even been on it in thefirst place but you know ???? Waited for 30 mins, my food never came, so I left. Taco Bell corporate needs to raise the pay wage and/or hire more workers,... they were very under staffed, and I felt bad for them. The last handful of times I have been through the drive through after work (early morning/late night) has been great! No issue... with ordering and didn't take long at all. The employees are so friendly and courteous! I'm not sure of day time staff but nightshift rocks! Read more
i work close by so i come to this location often on break/lunch, i ordered a chicken quesadilla today and it was covered in... black dust. it was only half cut really, and when i looked closer it had what looked like black wood chips in it??? either thator it was extremely EXTREMELY burnt chicken that was depositing dust and crumbling ALL over my food. that, the fact that therewas a ridiculous amount of lettuce in it, & there was so much jalapeño sauce in one area that it exploded all over my apronright before i had to clock back in. not to mention that the woman in the drive thru practically threw my food at me. it wasn?teven that busy. they?re usually decent, but god, my experience today was beyond awful and the wood chips (?) are a legitimateproblem. Do not recommend this taco bell. Every table was pretty much dirty and clearly not wiped or cleaned. When we ordered we got a... combo and they didn?t give us our drink or taco. After going up there to ask for the taco we had to wait 10 minutes for someoneattention for it. One fella was had very much attitude when we asked for the other stuff we didn?t get. Such a fantastic restaurant! The drive thru staff are so polite! And the food is the best. I'll always choose Taco Bell for... breakfast (instead of McDonald's, for example). The portions are great, and so is the taste. All the best to the staff andmanagement of this store. Read more
