While chain restaurants are supposed to be at least similar in their quality control and consistency, we al know that they are... not. It all depends on who is making your food and their attention to detail. I'll never know who this culinary wizard was, butthis person built a double steak grilled cheese Burrito with a care and concern that alludes most "fast-food" workers. I can?t remember the last time I have actually gotten my order correct here. Every single time, I have to go back and get it... remade; sometimes twice. This restaurant is so close to my house, and it?s so disappointing that my food is never right. Iunderstand that the food industry can be very overwhelming and stressful, but after a while, it just gets ridiculous. Read more

I live very close to this location and I frequently go late at night after the gym. Service is always good and my order has... never been wrong. I have never been disappointed with the food I have ordered and the temperature of my food has always beengreat. Out of the local Taco Bell locations around here, I?d say this one is one of my favorites. Read more
Post renovation? This place is horrible. It has been weeks since the drink machines have worked or produced ice. All you get is... warm soda. They finally just got rid of the portable air conditioners for the kitchen after a month post renovation. The ownersand GM have apparently given up. Read more
We love when they have nacho fries but I wish they had them all year long. The only critique I have for this location in East... Morristown is that at night their line is always wrapped around the building So maybe they need more staff for Night Shift ?? Mynext comment pertains to the drive-through and it?s nothing against the staff but more so against the design it is incrediblytight to get a large vehicle through their drive-through very poor parking lot design. When the drive-through line is backed upthe cars that are parked in the parking lot cannot back out of their spaces because the spaces are blocked by the drive-throughline. Cars that have been parked and need to leave have to get in line for the drive-through and wait in the drive-through linejust to circle around and get out of the parking lot because there is not space for two cars side-by-side to go around thebuilding? Very very poor parking lot design and due to the parking lot we do not go to this location very often because it?sjust a nightmare to park and then have to wait in line just to leave. Read more
They need to put in a rest stop, or at least a bathroom, in the drive through line because you're gonna be there for a long... time. Bring a TV or get ready to watch the grass grow while you wait. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants,but the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant was here. Look at the other reviews, I'm not the only one. Ittook over an hour to get through the drive through, and they got the order very wrong. When asking for items on the menu, theyasked us what the menu says they have. They don't know their own menu and ask customers what the menu has. Multiple employeeswere standing around or sitting on the ground outside, smoking, while their service was painstakingly slow and inaccurate. Theyeven told us they didn't have certain items we ordered AFTER we were getting handed our food at the window. The food was clearlyslapped together sloppily (and highly inaccurately). And to top it off, the food was cold. I suspect this location onlysurvives by unsuspecting people leaving the airport across the street because it's one of those drive throughs with a curb thatblocks you from leaving once you enter.
