The manager of this store is in such as hurry. She never puts the oil/vinegar or condiments on the Sub..Then argues with you... that she did..I said heavy oil vinegar.. I ate the dry rushed sandwich. This was twice..I will Not go back at all! She needs toslow her roll and be more in the moment...I have been in customer service over 30 years..not just raming..plz give this person atutorial ???? Pretty good option if you want lunch but time it well because the wait time can be horrendous. Do not blame the wait time on the... staff as it tends to be packed. They worked fast and efficiently the last couple times I've been. Read more

I am traveling and have no car so ordered food today to be delivered by Doordash. Doordash arrives with only partial order. I... was missing bottled water and chips. I said where's the rest of my food to the Doordash person. They said this was it. Iimmediately called this Subway and the person apologized for messing up the order. I asked how will I get the rest of my food. She didn't know how. She took my number and said she was going to call manager to reimburse me for what was not delivered. Nocall so far. In addition I asked for no onions and receipt clearly showed no onions too... well I got onions. What a poor performance of totally messing up the order. The staff was friendly and quick about helping however the tuna sandwich wasn't my favorite????
This Subway is an exceptional location. They are always well staffed, for quick service. The staff are always pleasant, greeting... you upon entering, and willing to engage in a conversation with you, if you?re so inclined. The food prep area and eating areasare always clean They even have a drive through window, with a separate station just for making to-go orders, so the wait isminimum. This location is a winner. I received an offer for footlong Friday for $5.99 when you order in the app. I have not ate Subway in two or three years because... of the food quality. So I thought I would give the new menu a try. I ordered two of the new subs one was a Philly Steak and anAmerican Club. I did get a savings on "ONE" sub and had to pay full price on the second sub, so how exactly is this $5.99Footlong Friday! The add did not state a limit. In my opinion Subways new menu in just a new menu, the subs are not anydifferent than what they offered before except Subway increased the price of the new menu. Subway it is no wonder your businessis declining when all you are concerned about is your profit. I do want to mention the service I received in the store was goodoverall. I highly recommend if you are wanting to order a sub definitely order from Jersey Mikes or Lenny's and geat a "MUCHBETTER SUB". It will be years again before I eat at Subway again if at all.
