What happened? This was one of my favorite places. My sandwich had hardly no meat. The bread was hard. "Truly disappointed" This... was once a beloved restaurant/Deli of one of the best places in town. My grandmother brought me here as a kid. I brought mykids. I am truly heartbroken. Read more

One of the best subs I've ever had! The reason I give this a 4 star is definitely not because of the food. I have it at a 4... because my family and I ordered our subs and it took about 20 minutes and there was no one else there. Maybe it was because thetime we came but not to happy about that. But rest assured the food and costumer service is amazing ???? Read more

Subs and Such used to be so good (at least 2+ years ago. Things were much different then. We waited over 20 minutes for one sub.... It was not busy and there were several (6+) workers. When we finally got the sub, it had been steamed way too long. The breadwas like mush. I brought it back and asked for a different one, this time cold. After another 10 minute wait, I went up to seewhat was taking so long. They said it still had time in the steamer! At that point, we were out of time so I asked for a refund. To there credit they refunded the price of the sub. They were all very nice, but maybe just new and still training? I hopethings improve because this used to be one of my favorite sub shops. Not any more... Read more

I am a hiker and would buy sandwiches here on Saturdays for my Sunday hikes in the Smokies. This is my first hike of the season... and today I opened my order and this is what I encountered. Such small portions and this is even a bigger sub then I wouldnormally order. Also missing the toppings that I ordered. Half a slice of thinly sliced cheese and only half a cup of tunasalad spread over a 6 inch sub, seriously? I got more portions and cheese when I would order the child size previously. I missthe original owners. Shame on the new owners for ruining a wonderful business. If I wanted shrinking portions and higher pricesI would have gone to Panera or Subway. Read more

They are not stingy on the meat. So no asking "Where's the MEAT" Bread was fresh and the soup was hot and good. Pros: large... eating area, generous meat, large sandwiches, good selection. Cons: gets busy so staff may not always be super helpful, sloppysandwiches you may have to stuff all that meat back into your bread Read more
