Place is decent, but the drive thru sign needs to be changed. It's currently way too far from the ordering spot and is basically... impossible to read. You basically have to have the menu memorized to order. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. They were out of what I ordered. No big deal it happens. But they already had my payment and... couldn?t refund my card. They said I needed to call corporate to get a refund. Then they gave me the wrong phone number forcorporate. Once I finally googled the correct phone number it took me over an hour to get just a few dollar refund. And thepeople who worked at the restaurant had a terrible attitude like it was my fault that I wanted a refund. Last time I ever wantto go here. Read more
Sat in the drive thru about 45 minutes. Shakes were great. Left out a side order had to go back around. Flattened my burger and... burnt the bacon. Not mad just disappointed. Edit: a week later and these dopes can't even be bothered to take about order. Wasout of this and that. Then just quit talking to us altogether. Fast delivery of food and it arrived warm. The food tasted good for fast food and was an appropriate size for the price... paid. This location though was very dirty (trash, trash cans full, smudges on all windows, etc.) A deep cleaning would do thislocation well. Read more
Got our mobile order but no straws, pressed the button and have been waiting for over 20 minutes with no response. Finally left... with no straws. There aren't even many people here. Saw some people come and go from the door with no food or anything, and Icould hear them cursing too. Will not be coming back to this location. Read more
Never gets order correct and when they do it?s not good. Was given fried breading rather than JUMBO popcorn chicken, got maybe... one bite of chicken. Never given the correct utensils, staff always looks in bad mood not friendly. Read more
