We came here for lunch today. It was very apparent they were short staffed, HOWEVER, every worker had all hands on deck. Our... waitress, Erica, was awesome, very sweet and friendly. My wife and I have came to Ruby Tuesday 8 times since Monday because the service and food is so good. Erika is one of the best... sweetest smiley servers we have had since probably the pandemic happened and we travel all over the country. She went above andbeyond every time she served us. The whole staff is so friendly and the food has been delicious every time except I got a theRibeye I got on Wednesday but the manager Was really nice and got it replaced. We miss having a Ruby Tuesday in our hometown butI can say coming to Ruby Tuesdays like we have made our whole trip worth it! Read more

Not good at all. I used to love their salad bar but the lettuce was old, the cucumbers were frozen (because they hadn't thawed... out completely) the entre was fair but nothing I'd ever go back for. The service was great, they are always great! The food hastaken a turn for the worse. Read more
Ruby Tuesdays on Alcoa Hwy. across from the airport is one of the best in the chain. I have lunch here about every other month... and always get excellent service and consistent food quality. I think my server Justin C. was new but did a fantastic job. Makesure you get the app to have specials emailed to you. I highly recommend this Ruby Tuesdays for lunch or dinner. Read more
