Arrived tonight with grandaughter around 720pm Seated ourselves and order taken by unfriendly guy. Pizza arrived in record time... and was delicious. Right after pizza arrived, their phone starts ringing. And ringing. And ringing. 2 men in back made noattempt to answer. We were the only customers. Finally female comes out of bathroom (15 min) and answers phone. Goes in bvbback and starts talking about customer complaint. Then loud conversation jumps to time change and the F words starts being used.We got up to leave at that point. Young man ( short, dark hair, black mouth covering) comes to register and apologizes for hislanguage. Sorry but no need for us to return. Read more
Order was supposed to be delivered at 5:07 got it at 5:27 cold like it came straight out of the refrigerator..... If I wanna... microwave pizza I will buy frozen worst $20 I ever spent won't order from here again Read more
Clean pizza hut i haven't eaten inside in years but the kids wanted pizza so we stopped in for lunch. The food was good. I had a... salad and pan crust veggie pizza with olives, mushrooms and jolopeno ???? it was delicious. We also received breadsticks theywere very fulfilling ....10/10 recommend. Read more

They have brought back the salad bar and it was great. The price was good and the service was great. They kept the food fresh... and hot. And the salads were pre-made to keep them fresh. I give the staff 3 thumbs up for friendliness, clean environment, andconstantly interacting with customers. Read more
At least this one allowed dining in. Food was hot and fresh. Service was ok till we wanted a box to take home. Store was lacking... in cleanliness. 3 tables not cleared from the last customers. We were the only ones there when we arrived. No one even attemptedto clean them and the cob webs hanging from the ceiling. Read more
First time ordering delivery from this location. Everything was as ordered and the product was excellent. Delivery was about 10... minutes later than expected but i don't really care much about that. Alcoa highway is not easy to get in and out of. Read more
Pizza Hut on Alcoa Highway in Alcoa does a great job. I order from them frequently and they deliver to my house in a timely... manner. The order is always correct and reasonably warm when it arrives. Read more
